Our Testimonials

My mum has been in Bebington Care Home for three years, during this time her dementia has got worse and the pandemic has not helped because of the lack of family visits. Despite this, her care is all we could ask for and expect during this time. We hope things will get back to normal as soon as possible and we can resume more visits.

Staff are always friendly and obviously care very much for the health and well being of their residents. Mother's room is always clean and tidy as are the main lounge and corridors. Downstairs the decor is very welcoming and feels comfortable when entering the building, calming even.

The staff are supportive and friendly to both residents and family. They try to accommodate the requests of the family to tailor care to the specific needs of the residents. Our sister always looks physically neat and well cared for. With regards to activities, these have become more diverse and of regular, which makes the residents more able to access interests which appeal to them.

All through this pandemic, I knew my mother was well cared for physically, mentally, and emotionally. They sorted WhatsApp so I could talk to my Mum during the lockdown period. nothing was too much trouble. The staff is wonderful.

My mum has been a resident at Bebington for five and a half years. When moving there, she had come from six months in hospital/care setting. Initially, the support she received ensured that her physical/emotional and medical condition all improved. She has also been supported very well through a few illnesses and a flare-up of a medical condition. She has been very happy at Bebington, often reporting verbally that the "Queen could not have better care and support".

My mother spent about nine to ten months with you. Whenever I visited, she seemed content and well cared for. The staff were always happy and willing to transfer Mum to a wheelchair so I could take her back to her room if we wished for a quiet chat. The compassion shown to Mum and my sisters and I as she neared the end of her life was wonderful, from all the staff. You helped to ease her passing and make it as easy and peaceful for all of us as possible. Thank you.

Have been able to see Mum face to face for the last 2 visits. There are systems in place to ensure contact is safe and secure. Staff are very helpful and polite. The regular contact from the care home has vastly improved (via post, email and telephone) over the last 6 months. Mum is a very private person and doesn't like moving from her room, but staff ensure she is visited in her room as much as possible. Cleanliness in her room before COVID seemed an issue, but has improved of late. I know staff care for Mum and I'm happy now with how the care home is being run.

Not having been inside the home visiting my husband because of Covid-19 for nearly a year. My observation has to be based on my experiences when I visited 3-4 times a week prior to that. When I have seen my husband since lockdown he has always been well presented and looked after well and happy. The staff with him appeared as caring as ever and he related well to them.

From my first visit to Bebington Care Home, I was very impressed. I went to view one other but wasn't impressed at all so came back to you. I didn't even go to see any others and told the social worker that this is where I want my wife to be. The staff are very, very good, so helpful. The home is excellent, I could not have wished for my wife to be anywhere else.

My mum is very well cared for, the staff are lovely, friendly, very caring to all residents, nothing is too much trouble, ask them anything always helpful. Food is good. Room lovely. We as a family love our mum and know she is well looked after when we are not there. I myself work for the NHS, would recommend the home to anyone.

Very pleased now with the level of care my dad is receiving. One lady is great with my dad, and the management is approachable, helpful and put my mind at rest that my dad is receiving care from professional and caring professionals.

We thank the home for everything they have done, especially during the lockdown, being there when we couldn't. We can't thank them enough. Thank you!
